Refund policy
Due to rarity and lack of available stocks, we currently have a case-to-case return, exchange, and refund policy, which means we cannot guarantee the acceptance of returns and refunds after the buyer receives his/her purchased item(s).
To be eligible for a return or refund, the buyer must take a photo and video of the item upon unboxing it. The item must be in the same condition that the buyer received it, complete with its plastic coverings, cards & accessories (if it came with it), and its original packaging. Additionally, the item mustn't be displayed or placed on a stand (if it came with it) as it would potentially damage the paint and quality of the item. Lastly, the buyer also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, the buyer can contact us at buyaviationandthings@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following LBC address: [LBC Robinsons Place Manila]. Additional details will be provided through email.
If the buyer's return is accepted, we’ll send the return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send the return package. Please note that the buyer will have to shoulder the return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Before shipping the item, we will inspect and send proof to the buyer that the item was shipped in perfect condition. We strongly encourage the buyer to inspect his/her order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the buyer received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As mentioned above, our returns, refund, and exchange policies are case-to-case basis due to the rarity and lack of availability of the items. Should the buyer have any issues or concerns regarding his/her purchased item(s), please get in touch with us immediately.
We do not accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Should a refund take place, we will notify the buyer once we’ve received and inspected his/her returned item. We'll also let him/her know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll refund him/her on the original payment method used within 20 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for the bank, credit card company, or online payment platform to process and post the refunds. This is beyond our control. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved a return, please contact us at buyaviationandthings@gmail.com.
